Lifetime warranty for parts, labour, and shipping
– Our lifetime warranty covers parts, labour, & shipping for manufacturer-related issues.
– If the warranty is invalid due to user or shipping abuse, we will still repair any issues under the condition that the customer pays for parts, labour, and shipping.
Restocking fee
– Because we are certain that you’ll be happy with our molecular hydrogen generator, the PureONE, we have a 100% no questions asked 365-day money back guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date you receive your machine.
– If you decide to return the machine (even if you used it for 12 months), just send us an email and ask for an RMA number + instructions on how to properly send it back.
– Once we receive it and inspect the machine, we’ll refund your purchase price less a $200 restocking fee. The restocking fee is for the replacement of consumables like the tower, humidifier, hoses, bottles, etc., but it doesn’t cover the time we have to invest into refurbishing the machine. The shipping and duty/customs costs/fees are not refunded.
